Responsible for Policybazaar,PB Partners,drive Business and manage P&L, Share of Wallet, Topline• Own channel\'s financial targets and ensure achievement of planned revenue and customer acquisitions• Work closely with Product Management team to identify opportunities for new product redevelopment & competition activity• Conducted industry analysis to understand competition, ideated & implemented R&R, channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Internal Marketing Team • Identified VOC based product features by conducting pilot run & identifying improvement opportunities • Work closely with internal and external teams to create and establish processes for prospect funnel management, online policy issuance and other aspects of customer management• Drive Digital Marketing strategy for online sales channel with Web Marketing Team and create synergies with other online marketing initiatives with the partners - creating Marketing Collaterals, One Pagers, IRR comparisons, Creatives, Campaigns cobranded with our partners.• Collaborate with IT to develop ecommerce platform, experience enhancers and online application enhancements - created micro-sites and web pages for the partners to login business easily, DIY Digital Customer Journeys • Formulate & implementation of activation & expansion strategy for each partner• Build & maintain appropriate processes & evaluate them constantly to reduce TAT, facilitate enhanced sales effectiveness and quality • Facilitate training programs in conjunction with the Training Department • Initiate engagement programs to motivate sales staff of the partners towards achievement of targets & quality KPI’s• Effective micro implementation of overall business strategies to suit the local channel dynamics• Working towards Digital Transformation of partners by utilizing capabilities of the organization
