Serving as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of large enterprise customers (primarily in Travel & Hospitality, Airlines, OTAs, and Hospitality groups).Key responsibilities & impact:• Deliver proactive guidance through the full cloud lifecycle: optimisation, cost control, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and operational excellence• Own and drive Enterprise Support deliverables: Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Well-Architected Framework Reviews, Operations Reviews, and custom Cloud Adoption roadmaps• Partner with customer C-suite (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Enterprise Architects) and AWS account teams to align business goals with AWS strategy• Lead deep-dive workshops on GenAI, data & analytics, modern application migration, sustainability, and cloud financial management• Coordinate cross-functional AWS resources (Solution Architects, Service Teams, Professional Services, Training & Certification) to accelerate customer outcomes• Identify and mitigate technical risks and blockers; escalate and resolve critical issues when needed• Advocate for the customer internally at AWS and influence service roadmaps based on real-world enterprise feedback• Drive adoption of new AWS services, credits optimisation, Reserved Instance/Savings Plans strategy, and multi-year support agreements
