I take care of the day to day issue that the client is facing when it comes to any kind of technical error on their and system and come up with quick real time solution as a delay in response would result in increasing the queue of the client or even have business impact as no one would like to wait at the billing or dispatch centre due to a glitch in the system.My job is to ensure seamless operations at the Campbells, Stores & Warehouses which deals with food, grocery, liqour, hardware, and convenience products and in case of any form of technical issue appears then have to troubleshoot that to resolve as far as possible remotely.
