ABOUT JOY CHATTERJI
I am an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, Canada (specializing in Innovation, Business Design, Strategy and Marketing). Prior to my MBA, I worked for ZS Associates, for five and half years providing sales and marketing solutions to fortune 500 clients. During my internship as part of my MBA, I interned with a healthcare start-up as a strategy and operations intern. Post my MBA, I worked on my own technology start-up that I had to discontinue in Feb 2017 due to lack of investment funds. I am experienced in leading both traditional analytical consulting projects and long-term implementational engagements with clients. I have worked extensively with teams across India and North America and was involved in many learning and development initiatives at the firm.I am also a photographer, amateur writer and film-maker, having just completed my first full feature film. I am also the co-founder of the film production company producing the movie.My areas of expertise include Incentive Compensation, Performance Reporting, Customer Identification, Segmentation, Targeting, and Call Planning, Salesforce Alignment and Sizing, Promotional Response, Change Management Program Implementation, and Product Development.
