Hi, I am Ms. Joy Poliard and as a Success Coach, I help Mompreneurs prioritize self-care, reduce burnout and build their dream life. You can be a good mom AND go after your dreams and goals. No one can stop you.but YOU! People often ask me. how did I get started? So here’s the “cliffs notes” version of my story. In 2015, I started a lifestyle brand sharing my journey of rebuilding my life after a divorce and three foreclosures. 🫶 As I shared my transformation with other women I began to realize- so many were drifting through life. 🤗 As a result I started hosting online workshops, weekly motivational conference calls, and empowerment events. I connected with so many women who were on the same path looking to live a simply happy and fulfilling life. Today that movement has evolved. Now that I am a mom I realize the challenges moms face. Now my team and I focus on coaching and community for Mompreneurs who want to limit the burnout, stress and overwhelm that life entails.
