ABOUT JOYCELYN CHEUK LEE
I work as an Experienced Assurance Associate (Experienced External Audit Associate) under the technology, media and telecommunication, and consumer market (TMT & CM) line of service at PwC Canada.I recently graduated with a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting (GDipPA) from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. I graduated with distinction in the Honours Bachelor of Commerce with Internship Program from DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. During my undergraduate study at McMaster, I was on the Dean\'s Honours List and received the PwC Canada Scholarships two years in a row. I was highly involved in various clubs by being part of the executive teams during my undergraduate study at McMaster University to contribute to our community and meet new people.I previously completed my 16-month internship as a Payroll Accounting Intern at Ford Motor Company to help me experience the full accounting cycle and strengthen my analytical and detail-oriented skills. Other than working as an intern in the finance department of an automotive industry company, I have experience working as an accounting/finance intern at a non-profit organization and a small accounting firm that allowed me to collaborate with people with different backgrounds and learn more about the accounting world in unique industries.
