About Joyce Gordon
Joyce is the Head of AI at Amperity, where she leads product development and strategy. Joyce joined Amperity in 2019, by way of Amperity’s acquisition of Custora. As a founding member of Custora’s Product team, Joyce scaled Custora from an early MVP to a product used by 7 of the top 20 US ecommerce brands by revenue. At Amperity, Joyce has led product development for many core investments across the ML and ML Ops spaces, including launching Amperity’s predictive models and infrastructure used by many of the world’s top brands. Joyce earned a B.A. in Biological Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania and is an inventor on several pending ML patents.
