Some of our hardest times can leave us feeling overwhelmed, lonely, sad, angry, confused, and unsure how to process. I will provide the space to help navigate through your thoughts and emotions and help you discover your peace, happiness, and authentic self. Through years of training, I have diversified my therapeutic experience to include trauma, grief and loss, domestic violence, relationship issues, women\'s issues, life transitions, emotional abuse, anxiety, and depression. I use an empathic and compassionate approach but can be direct, when necessary. I enjoy working with teens, adults, individuals, couples, and families. I use integrated trauma-informed therapy modalities to include: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative, Solutions Focused, and Motivational Interviewing.
