I’m a strategic education leader, coach, and wellness advocate with over 20 years of experience helping communities, schools, and organizations transform from the inside out. My work lives at the intersection of equity, innovation, and wellbeing—where strategy meets heart. Throughout my career, I’ve designed and scaled programs that center belonging, leadership, and student voice. From securing millions in funding to expand peer mentoring and early college access, to co-creating wellness-based leadership models for educators, I bring both visionary thinking and grounded execution to every role I take on. I believe that meaningful change begins in relationship. Whether I’m guiding district leaders through redesign, coaching women navigating reinvention, or facilitating resilience-based retreats, I hold space for both healing and progress.    Designs and leads expansion strategy to scale and position CSS’s vision and mission including coordinating efforts to identify and cultivate local and state revenue, and partners. • Leads an effective staff to support a network of over 28 schools in the development and implementation of evidenced-based student engagement strategies, ensuring organizational alignment, high-quality service delivery, and achievement of performance objectives.• Initiated and maintained project management to support implementation of two federal grants (US Department of Education Investing in Innovation Validation grant and US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Adolescent Health) in high-need communities, by recruiting school partners, monitoring achievement of grant goals, analyzing budget plans, and supporting evaluation activities.
