Joyce B Dunn is Vice President and Managing Director with The Jacobson Group’s Executive Search Practice area. Joyce has worked exclusively in executive search since joining The Jacobson Group in 2009. She has developed a network of insurance leaders that have benefited from her insightful approach and hands-on management of executive searches. As Vice President and Managing Director Joyce is responsible for business development, client relationship management, candidate relationships and providing oversight and guidance to the internal search team. In her current role Joyce leads and manages executive retained searches focused on the insurance, healthcare and financial services. Prior to executive search, Joyce enjoyed a successful career in the insurance industry. She understands insurance strategy and is a critical thinker; drawing from her executive background to add insight and value to her clients. Joyce lives outside of Greenville, South Carolina. She graduated from Lander University with a B.S. in Business and holds a MSM Degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Florida State University. Joyce also holds the CPCU, CIC, CRM and PHR professional designations.

   Joyce B Dunn joined The Jacobson Group as an Engagement Director in 2009. In her current role as Vice President, Managing Director she consults with clients and manages searches within the firm\'s executive retained search practice unit, Jacobson Executive Search, developing and maintaining relationships with client companies as well as candidates. The Jacobson Group is a niche staffing firm specializing in insurance, healthcare and related financial services. Joyce uses the extensive knowledge and experience she attained from her successful career in the property and casualty industry to bring value throughout the engagement process. She meets with client companies to understand the position requirements, company culture and desired candidate characteristics.and works with a talented team at Jacobson Executive Search to accomplish successful results for the client. Specialties: Joyce has extensive experience and knowledge in the property and casualty industry as a Chief Underwriting Officer, Manager of Product Development, Company Operations, Strategic Planning and Agency Relations. She has also gained valuable insight in healthcare, professional liability and reinsurance working closely with clients and candidates. She spent years as a member of the National Faculty for the National Alliance teaching most recently in the advanced Ruble Seminars in locations across the country. Joyce is adjunct faculty at the University of South Carolina, Upstate teaching Risk Management and Insurance. Joyce is active in the industry serving on the Leadership & Management Excellence Interest Group for The CPCU Society.
