As a Guided Pathways Coach at the National Center for Inquiry and Improvement (NCII) and the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, I support community and state college leadership in designing and implementing effective strategies to meet local employment and transfer needs. With many years of experience in this role, I have developed strong skills in coaching and consensus building. I hold an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University and an MBA from the University of the Americas. I am also certified in Effective Teaching Practices (ACUE), and Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitation (ELI). My goal is to help community colleges achieve their retention and completion objectives through an effective implementation of guided pathways.
