I am responsible for designing and executing company-wide standardized onboarding initiatives, ensuring that all new employees receive a consistent and high-quality introduction to our organization, whether they are in Canada or in one of our international locations in Colombia, India or The Philippines. In my first month as Instructional Designer, I designed tools and programs that have allowed sales teams to achieve workforce readiness by their fifth day of employment, and new hires have been able to reach their first sales targets twice as fast as the new hires from last year.
