Provides daily supervision of the Business Services Account Managers ensuring effective utilization of resources and exceptional delivery of outstanding customer service and business development with Palm Beach County businesses to meet or exceed team goals and objectives. Fosters and coaches team in building exceptional employer relationships. Manages through technology and improves efficiency and effectiveness of team.1) Supervises progress of Business Services Account Managers and other assigned staffs ensuring goals and objectives are in alignment with individual and team metrics.2) Monitors staff performance in EFM and CRM tool ensuring team’s performance goals are being met.3) Identifies and administer sales & system training to existing and new staff in alignment to performance goals.4) Works closely across departmental boundaries to maintain relationships and ensure success.5) Assists the Director with creating strategic reports and presentations to analyze and identify areas of growth and improvement.6) Identifies areas of opportunity or change and provide information to prevent issues from occurring and propose or solicit suggestions for improvement.7) Assist the team in creating strong relationships with current and new employers to become a strong partner in the economic growth of the community.8) Works with team to deliver and execute grant programs and special employer incentives making sure department goals and objectives are met.9) Trains and coaches team on successful selling techniques to present and promote initiatives the Business Services Department is tasked with.10) Targets emerging markets; focuses on driving jobs through Employment, Education, and Economic Development.
