Hello! I\'m a full-stack engineer building applications in React, Redux, Node.js/Express, and SQL/NoSQL databases. I\'m passionate about building with end users in mind to develop software solutions with design, accessibility and scalability as a priority. I recently worked with an inspiring group of talented engineers on an open source product, SmartER, which is a tool for developers aiming to render ER diagrams for SQL queries. I recently gave a public talk on new React features in React 18, hosted by Jeeny & Bractlet for their Software Engineering Speaker Series, and always love connecting with engineers.

   Architected and constructed client facing UI using React to utilize open-source libraries and built reusable components improving code maintainability and ensuring future scalability- Leveraged React-Flow and React-Split to develop resizable windows, prioritizing accessibility concerns to cater to a broader audience accounting for individuals with visual impairments and motor disabilities- Developed TypeScript-based application to support continued open-source contribution and improving scalability- Achieved a 60% decrease in server response time by identifying and optimizing bottlenecks in parsing algorithms- Successfully containerized SmartER through Docker and deployed on AWS ensuring integration with AWS services- Designed Node.js/Express server using the MVC design pattern to establish a robust foundation for scalability and facilitating the integration of additional code layers without causing disruptions- Leveraged a Redis to cache expired JSON web tokens upon user logout to omit the need for database in storing blacklisted tokens improving session management and enhancing security
