I have 7 years of professional experience in clinical trials, including over 3 years of participation in global multi-center clinical trials. During my tenure as a CRA, I served as the Lead CRA on almost all projects I participated in, demonstrating exceptional leadership and operational expertise. These achievements led to my promotion to the Centralized Monitoring Lead role, where I became the CML from the China team supporting European and US projects only. As the Lead CML responsible for all projects, I successfully led the global CMS team in a cross-cultural, cross-time-zone, and multilingual collaboration environment, delivering numerous outstanding results. Recognized for leadership and operational excellence by European and US Clinical Leads, and the CMS team members and CRAs once gave feedback that I was the best Lead they had ever worked with. Currently integrating statistical modeling techniques to analyze behavioral therapy outcomes, aiming to improve precision treatment strategies.
