I am an experienced Adult Learning and Training Specialist with over 6 years of experience designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that make an impact. Currently pursuing my M.S. in Instructional Design and Learning Technology, I blend a background in psychology with a passion for the science of learning to create training that’s both efficient and inspiring.I also bring a strong behavioral health case management background, which has shaped how I collaborate with others. I work exceptionally well on cross-functional teams and alongside subject matter experts (SMEs), translating complex or specialized knowledge into clear, actionable learning solutions.
