Scientific leader with 15 years of experience in the CNS blood-brain barrier and neurodegeneration therapeutics field. My lab focuses on development and characterization of delivery platforms and their unique biological interaction with therapeutic targets in vivo using cutting edge technologies. At Denali Therapeutics, I lead several collaborative project teams focused on understanding and developing neurodegeneration therapeutic targets utilizing our platforms. My scientific leadership outside of Denali includes organizing the 2023/2025 Cold Spring Harbor and the upcoming 2027 Keystone Drug Delivery to the Brain conferences. I am excited and dedicated to bringing neurotherapeutics to patients with CNS diseases.
