About Joy Yablonsky
Joy Yablonsky joined AGB Search in 2018. She brings over twenty-five years of executive search and recruitment experience garnered with top executive search firms and has built a diverse executive search practice across healthcare, higher education, international corporations and legal. She has led over 100 searches for various senior leadership positions including CEO\'s, Chief Human Resource Officers, In-house Counsel, Chief Marketing Officers, Provosts, Deans and Vice Presidents of Advancement. Her expertise includes talent acquisition in specialized areas including science, the health professions, academic medicine, business and marketing. Ms. Yablonsky has well-honed skills for assessing an organization’s culture and identifying candidates who will align with the mission and its strategic goals.
