I am an experienced sponsor, programme and project professional, leading sponsorship of technology programmes to revolutionise travel in London. I am motivated by bringing teams together to deliver more than they thought possible alone. Significant achievements include delivering the sections of the East-West Cycle Superhighway in Westminster (including Parliament Square and Victoria Embankment) and developing a new project management methodology for HS2 works impacting TfL, changing ways of working for over people across client organisations and the supply chain.Relationships across project teams underpin successful delivery, and I am adept in influencing stakeholders to agree positive outcomes and building capability within teams spanning multiple, complex organisations (e.g. TfL/HS2). Good governance is also fundamental, and I am passionate about ensuring strong links between organisational strategy/policy and project requirements and securing endorsement across impacted organisations. My experience as a business client ensures I can secure positive outcomes for projects from inception to handover.
