Source and recruit candidates by using ADP Workforce Now, recruitment sites such as Indeed, Craigslist, LinkedIn, and other databases, posting boards and social media, etc. Contact universities, colleges and professional associations groups, and send flyers and/or job opportunity listings to their posting boards. Review high volumes of applications and resumes and forward to the Hiring Manager, and update our tracking database. Identify potential job candidates spanning a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions and conduct pre-screening interviews and reference checks. Develop strategies to pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates; utilize a variety of tools (i.e, email campaigns, social media) to establish relationships and expand candidates. Attend or coordinate trade shows, conventions, job and career fairs, workshops and othercompany/client-sponsored events as necessary.
