Responsibilities- Develop strategies, manage overall operations and resources, and act as point of communication between company and customer base- Analyze market trends, identify possible threats, and pursue business opportunities that support future growth of the company- Achieve and exceed sales goals by developing actions necessary to build and maintain a satisfied and loyal customer base- Interact with vendors, design engineers, production, and purchasing to provide quality products that meet the end user requirements and expectations- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed and are in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements- Review all customer requirements, functional and design specifications and communicate effectively with production to manufacture a final product meeting their specific need- Perform validation and verification against product requirements.
