About Joy Russell
Joy joined Holtec in 1997 after eight years of active duty in the U.S. Army as a Nuclear Medical Science Officer, and one year each as a consultant to DOE’s Office of Civilian Radioactive Waste Management and Assistant Radiation Safety Officer at the University of Maryland at Baltimore. At Holtec, Joy has performed work in both Field Services and the nuclear group and was instrumental in the early stages of licensing the HI-STORM 100 System. Joy later transitioned into Holtec’s sales and marketing organization where she currently holds the title of EVP, Corporate Business Development.
