I work across product marketing and customer marketing, helping turn complex products into clear stories, stronger positioning, and better customer outcomes.I came to marketing through teaching. As a former English instructor, I know communication only works when it meets people where they are. That foundation shapes how I approach marketing today: with curiosity, empathy, and a strong focus on audience, message, and meaning.What motivates me most is bringing clarity to complexity and helping people find a better way forward. In practice, that has meant helping customers and their employees understand and get more value from learning and talent platforms by connecting product capabilities to needs, use cases, and positive organizational outcomes.I’m at my best when I’m learning fast, thinking strategically, and making complex ideas easier to understand and act on. My strengths show up in how I work: asking thoughtful questions, spotting patterns in qualitative and quantitative data, tailoring messaging to different audiences, and following through with care.
