About Joy Devins
To well-being and resilience for individuals and organizations! After a rewarding 27-year career in the vitamin and health science industries—championing personalized wellness and innovation—I\'ve been fortunate to pursue a more direct, human-centered path. I recently became a Duke-Certified Health Coach as well as a Resilience Coach through the University of Georgia School of Medicine, equipping me to support individuals and small groups in meaningful, lasting ways. That journey led me to found Loon Rising, LLC, where I developed the SOAR Framework—a practical, uplifting approach to resilience and thriving. Along the way, I discovered how powerfully these skills translate into the recovery space. I’m honored to also now be a part of the Beth Israel Lahey Health team, supporting women as a Recovery Specialist on their path to healing and renewal. At the same time, I recognized a growing need across local businesses, colleges, recovery centers, parishes, and nonprofits.and that is for accessible and engaging wellness education and professional development for staff. I’ve had the privilege of designing and delivering customized programs for organizations, all guided by the SOAR framework as a north star. My work is also deeply personal. Having navigated anxiety, autoimmunity, Lyme disease, and burnout, I understand firsthand what it takes to rise—sometimes from rock bottom—and keep going. And yes—having the name Joy does set the bar a little high. I do my best to live up to it by bringing encouragement, a bit of humor, and some light wherever I can.My services include:1:1 Health CoachingProfessional Development Guest SpeakingResilience Book CirclesReach out to learn more or to see how we can partner together!
