Planning & implementing cost effective sourcing strategies– Campus, Employee Referral, Portals, Walk-Ins, Mass-mailing, Job Posting, Cold calling, Social media, Referencing, Online social networks: Linkedin, Facebook and later approach to the External Vendors. Searching CVs, validating the profiles in terms of Salary fitment, technical matching, communication, confidence level etc. Execute Pre-Screening of the profiles, organizing Technical test & conducting Technical interviews. Completing documentation, taking HR interviews, discussing offer of employment which includes – salary negotiation, joining bonuses, Relocation benefits. Proposing the salary case to concern stakeholders for approval. Reference Checking, offer rollout and continuous follow up until On-boarding Planning and execution of Off-Campus and On-Campus hiring for fresher and involved in various Amdocs Campus branding initiatives. Mentoring team members on several processes in recruitment life cycle. Maintain database for pooling purposes, assessing and qualifying listed qualifications for targeted vacancies. Sending Welcome-Mails to all offered candidates through Amdocs Pre-Boarding site for completion of pre-joining documentation. Involved in Recruitment Data Analysis & in preparing variety of complicated recruitment dashboards, presentations covering entire recruitment life cycle to present the hiring status before management.
