I work with Catalyst experts and thought leaders to tell engaging stories with our data and create reports and tools that Catalyst Supporters can use as a roadmap for change. I collaborate with colleagues in the Research department to conceptualize, write, edit, and manage our cutting-edge global knowledge products across all four Catalyst research areas: Advancing Women, Leading for Equity and Inclusion, Women and the Future of Work, and MARC (Men Advocating Real Change). I provide leadership and insight to the Research Leaders team, drawing on my deep understanding of gender equity issues and how to make workplaces more inclusive for everyone.I am committed to approaching all our work through an intersectional lens and making Catalyst’s unique findings and perspectives accessible and inspiring.

I translate Catalyst’s world-renowned research into engaging, actionable knowledge products and provide strategic insight to senior leaders and colleagues across departments. • I work closely with colleagues in the Product Department to transform original data and findings into reports, tools, and other types of content that Catalyst Supporters, business leaders, journalists, and the general public can easily understand and use to make progress in advancing gender equity in the workplace. • I play a key role on the Knowledge Transformation and Solution Development team and on various cross-functional teams, providing unique advice and leadership on Catalyst’s global research, trends, and processes, as well as internal and external opportunities and challenges. • As a thought leader, I share my expertise on workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion through speaking engagements, blog posts, and articles in external journals. • As a leader and team member, I am known for forging strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across departments and levels, encouraging different perspectives, and approaching people and projects with empathy, candor, insight, and respect.
