About Joy Jweid
As a UCLA Political Science student and honors graduate, I am passionate about blending politics with creativity to drive meaningful change. My various roles have allowed me to apply my graphic design expertise in a political context and honed my leadership and problem-solving skills. Dedicated to community service, I’ve volunteered with low-income communities and supported international students alike to truly grow my empathy and understanding of various communities. Head Counselor - Accelerated Transfer Program (Atl)

ATL aims to help even the playing field by holding a week-long intensive training program that allows new transfers to volunteer with UCLA UniCamp the summer before they enter UCLA. I am expected to prepare and train volunteers in June before the summer season begins so that their volunteers are fully equipped with the necessary skills. I currently train weekly during Fall Quarter.
