I build clarity so people can do their best work.Sometimes that means redesigning the operating model after a restructuring so the people who stay can actually deliver instead of drowning in inherited chaos. Sometimes it means helping an individual find the words for what they uniquely bring so they stop shapeshifting for job descriptions and start choosing work that fits how they best contribute.I work at both scales because I believe they\'re the same problem.For fifteen years, I\'ve walked into organizations where the strategy was clear but execution kept stalling. Talented people. Good intentions. And a system underneath that wasn\'t designed for them. Decisions took weeks. Roles blurred. High performers quietly disengaged not because they stopped caring, but because the system made it impossible to do the work they came to do.The pattern was always the same. And it was never the people.I\'ve redesigned operating models inside Fortune 500 organizations across healthcare, financial services, automotive, aviation, pharmaceutical distribution, and cloud technology. The work has included building program governance from zero between two global manufacturers, compressing an planning cycle inside a 432-person digital organization, leading platform consolidation with sustained employee adoption, and bridging technical and business teams across contact center agents.What I\'ve learned: execution problems trace back to four structural conditions — Decision Pathways, Ways of Working, Outcome Systems, and Role Clarity. When those foundations are unclear, talented people burn out compensating. When they\'re in place, people come alive.I also created Your Canon — an AI-guided methodology that helps people find the pattern running through their career. The problems they\'re uniquely suited to solve. The environments where they thrive. I believe this is the future of talent alignment: not just matching skills to roles, but matching contribution patterns to the problems organizations actually need solved.I\'m building Rootwork Consulting around this conviction.
