Xiaokang (Joy) Han chMCIPPdip, ACCAGroup Payroll Manager, Debenhams Group PLC.Joy Han is a highly experienced payroll professional with 18 years of expertise in payroll operations, compliance, and strategic process improvement. As Group Payroll Manager at Debenhams, she has played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s payroll functions, overseeing UK payroll operations (weekly & monthly), implementing P11D processes, and establishing international payrolls across 10 countries. She also manages and supports the Group’s pension schemes and benefits system.Joy\'s journey at Debenhams has mirrored the company’s growth. She initially joined as a payroll clerk managing outsourced payrolls before advancing to payroll project manager, where she implemented an interactive payroll system.
