About Joy Deep Saha

Hello! I\'m Joy Deep Saha, a Computer Science student at BITS Pilani with a passion for developing innovative solutions and a keen interest in financial markets. As a pre-final year student, I have immersed myself in various aspects of web development, including projects and collaborations aimed at creating impactful digital experiences. Originally from Agartala, a small town in Northeast India, I\'ve overcome challenges through determination and hard work, earning recognition among the top performers in my academic journey. Currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at BITS Pilani, I maintain a strong CGPA of 9.16 and actively engage in extracurricular activities alongside my studies. Outside of academics, I am deeply involved in the tech community as an active member of various developing groups, and in workshops and collaborative projects. Additionally, I have honed my skills and working knowledge in Object-Oriented programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms. During my professional experiences, I have served as a Founding Member & Team Manager at ForeTeach, where I led a team to drive user acquisition and engagement, contributing to substantial platform growth after that I interned as a Frontend Developer at IBMSkillsBuild which was facilitated by Edunet Foundation, where I developed and maintained web applications, contributing to enhanced user engagement. I have also completed a Full Stack Developer Internship at Postulate, where I utilized my team & project management skills, leadership, and technical expertise to collaborate on the Climate Pulse - Climate Change Awareness App. This experience further enhanced my abilities in building comprehensive web applications and coordinating group projects effectively. My project portfolio includes initiatives such as the Zero Hunger Crisis Solution, a platform connecting farmers to buyers and excess food providers to distributors, along with the Climate Pulse - Climate Change Awareness App. These projects demonstrate my commitment to leveraging technology for positive social impact. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, jogging, watching movies and volunteering in my community.
