I am a Financial Services Partner specialising in outsourcings by financial institutions, complex commercial contracts and the operational aspects of financial services regulation.This includes advising clients on applicable outsourcing requirements (including PRA SS2/21 and the EBA Guidelines), the critical third parties regime, the cloud outsourcing arrangements, the UK operational resilience requirements and the interaction with DORA. I combine both commercial and regulatory expertise when supporting clients on their regulatory arrangements. I am thrilled to have been ranked as a “Next Generation Partner” by Legal 500. I co-founded Women Who Work in January 2022 which supports and encourages ambitious women in professional services back to work during and after having children.
