I work with the CEO/Founders to set the vision, goals, and priorities for the company, and to ensure alignment and collaboration across all functions and teams.I joined Tikova in May 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer, where I was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administration of the company, including Software Implementation, human resources, deal due Diligence, and vendor relations. I helped scale the company\'s growth and development.Before joining Tikova, I was the Small Business Owner of Bulow Jewelers, a high-end jewelry store that I founded with my Husband in May 2018. I leveraged my marketing and project management skills to create a secure foundation for my husband to build on. to pursue new opportunities.I have a passion for building and growing businesses, and a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities. I have a strong background in executive management, marketing, and operations, and a proven track record of delivering results and value. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a visionary leader. I am always eager to learn new skills, embrace new challenges, and make a positive impact in the world.
