   As the Events and Advocacy Coordinator for the BASF Center for Sustainable Agriculture located at the Agriculture Solutions North American Headquarters in RTP, NC. Manage stakeholder relations and coordinate community engagements highlighting BASF’s efforts within agricultural solutions and sustainability. Plan and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams throughout the business. Create event planning workflows and execute agenda/show flow for impactful experiences and learning. Lead and execute over 220 internal and external engagement efforts and tours at the Center for Sustainable Agriculture and across both BASF RTP sites. Design and manage educational and outreach programs, including recording, hosting, producing and editing the 4-part LCIC podcast series, educate and encourage educators and students about careers and sustainable farming practices. Build and manage relationships with Center guests, vendors, social networks, and the community including growers, government officials and industry influencers. Manage and maintain hardware and software of all interactive digital displays and technology, assist with AV equipment and Center operations and maintenance logistics.
