Facilitate Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).• Plan, design, and model engaging lessons using the Georgia English Language Arts standards.• Evaluate lessons, instructional materials, assessments, and student work. • Conduct routine walkthroughs as well as focused classroom observations. • Develop specific feedback; select an aligned action or actions; execute the coaching action(s).
