Every great program starts with a spark. My journey has been about taking those sparks with challenges, shaping them into ideas that bring people together and leading organizations forward. My work has centered on programs that make headlines for their ambition: driving aircraft design and delivery at Boeing, advancing automation and drone delivery at Amazon, and reshaping global grocery systems. None of it has been easy. Budgets up to $100M, teams in the thousands, and timelines that test every limit. Yet time and again, I’ve seen what happens when you break the work down, bring the right people together, and give them the resources to do bold things. It’s truly inspiring! What matters most to me is the human side of all this. When the people inside the system feel seen, valued, and challenged, the system itself changes for the better. Outside the office, I stay committed to creating those openings through scholarships, mentorship, and community leadership. I put energy into creating pathways that support talent at every level, from future engineers to experienced leaders ready for the next step in their careers. WHY I BECAME A COACH To develop leadership skills that bring out the best in individuals and teams by helping them understand their strengths and challenges. Since earning my Associate Certified Coach credential in 2018, I’ve applied these skills at Boeing and Amazon in team building, organizational design, and 1:1 leadership development. ZONE OF GENIUS Taking a customer or community need from idea to launch with a team that connects deeply to the customer’s experience.
