Right now I’m leading product work across CRM Apex (our next-gen CRM), CRM 3.0, and our data products like MINT+ and MeetingMatch. A lot of what I focus on is how we connect CRM workflows with data and analytics so our clients can make better decisions, prospect more efficiently, and actually trust the data they’re using every day.Most of my work sits at the intersection of CRM, data, and intelligent workflows. I’ve helped shape our hybrid CRM strategy so clients can move from legacy systems to Apex without blowing everything up, defined data intelligence workflows like anomaly detection and confidence scoring in MINT+, and worked on data-driven matching and scoring in MeetingMatch. I spend a lot of time partnering with engineering, UX, data, sales, and leadership to keep everything aligned and moving forward in a way that actually delivers value—not just features.
