In my role as Senior Director of People and Learning, I design practical systems that match values on paper with decisions in practice: performance, promotion, feedback, compensation, leadership expectations. My focus is clear processes that are transparent, data informed, and humane, so leaders can lead well and people can grow without fear.As Founder of Mahogany Protégé, I create development spaces that center Black women and other women of color who are often asked to carry organizations while navigating bias, invisibility, or harm. I translate what I see in HR and what I study in my doctoral research into tools, learning experiences, and coaching that help women claim their voice and help workplaces confront the systems that hold them back.My doctoral work in Humanized Black Feminist Action Learning brings these threads together. I study how humanizing, community based learning can strengthen leadership confidence, resilience, and clarity for Black women in corporate roles. I use evidence from this work to advise executives on how to build cultures that are not performative, but measurably safer, more accountable, and more effective.I am often invited into rooms when stakes are high. Executive transitions, performance frameworks, organizational restructure, moments where trust has been stretched. I bring a calm, clear approach.
