As an Apple Specialist, I welcome all visitors at the store-front, triage visitors\' requirements, and oversee walk-in and schedule-based queuing to minimize wait time. Furthermore, to conduct brief discovery conversations exposing use case, budget, and accessibility needs; provide live, device-in-hand demoing as features and benefits of macOS, iOS, and iCloud are brought to daily usefulness; finish end-to-end sales (Finance, trade-in, and AppleCare+ included) and conduct first setup so clients leave fully up and going. Between sales, I restock merchandising to latest planograms, stock-check levels at RetailMe, and work with Genius Bar and Business groups to schedule repairs or multi-unit orders. Daily metrics include NPS, attachment rates, unit per sale, and queue-time goals and all are monitored via Retail Workbench and discussed at floor huddles.
