My journey began with a 100-pound (45 kg) weight loss that became my gateway into the deeper work of transformation. What started as a physical shift turned into a spiritual awakening. I realized the tools that helped me reclaim my health could also help me build a bolder, more aligned life. That’s how I became a registered nurse—and how Extend Yourself Grace™ was born: not just to help women change how they look, but to change how they live, lead, and love.    Serve at the Potomac Job Corps Center, a federally funded career training and education program for 300 low-income youth ages 16–24 by guiding integrated care across medical, mental health, and substance use services. Lead with trauma-informed strategy, cultural humility, and systems clarity to restore trust, elevate care, and build sustainable, dignity-centered health systems.• Allocated and aligned a $1.7M federal budget to deliver integrated care across nursing, mental health, and wellness services.• Stabilized clinic operations post-leadership breakdown by restoring workflows, compliance, and trust with 50% reduction in nurse workforce.• Dramatically improved care access through redesigned clinical pathways—restoring trust and timely intervention for previously overlooked students.• Standardized documentation and clinical protocols to close audit gaps, reinforce policy compliance, and strengthen care continuity.• Sparked a cultural shift through campus-wide messaging, staff modeling, and spiritual wellness education—inspiring cross-departmental learning and elevating student and staff engagement.• Served as a strategic clinical lead across campus—providing 24/7 coverage, modeling integrative care, and mentoring both clinical and non-clinical staff in trauma-informed healing practices.
