About JADE College Counseling: JADE centers joy, authenticity, diversity, and empowerment in the college search and application process. JADE supports students and their supporters in identifying and applying to best fit colleges. Services are offered in-person (depending on location) and virtually and include: two-year, four-year, pre-college, and gap year application support; college list building; organizing a college planning checklist; college essay and supplemental essay consultation; standardized test planning; interview prep; activity list development; and financial aid and scholarship counseling. About Jade Domingue: Jade (she/her) leverages her experiences in selective college admission and school-based college counseling to consult with students on how to develop competitive applications, while encouraging wellness, self-advocacy, and celebration in their process. Jade has worked as an Associate Director of Admission at a selective liberal arts college where she made final admission and scholarship decisions, the Dean of College Counseling at an independent school where she served as the school’s expert on the college admission process, and a Next Steps Counselor at an Atlanta Public School, where she counseled students individually on two and four year college options, career planning, and gap year programs. Jade stays abreast of distinctive college offerings and admission trends through regular college visits and her leadership in the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling (SACAC), a professional organization that awarded her the 2020 Rising Star Award. Jade served on the Board of Directors for SACAC from 20••••24 and represented the affiliate in the 20••••25 National Association of College Admission Counseling’s NACAC Next Cohort of rising admission leaders. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Colleges That Change Lives.
