About Journey Spears

As a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Jacksonville State University, I am passionate about developing and executing strategies to strengthen employer brand and attract talent. I have been working as a HR Marketing & Social Media Coordinator at Kronospan, a leading manufacturer of wood-based panels, since Sep 2023, where I am responsible for managing Kronospan\'s digital marketing channels, including social media, and designing and developing programs to elevate the application process. In my current role, I leverage my skills in recruiting, internal recruitment, and applicant tracking systems to create and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns that position Kronospan as the employer of choice within the candidate market. I also collaborate with HR staff, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure compliance with Kronospan processes and government regulations. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team that values innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. I am eager to learn from and contribute to the Kronospan culture and vision, and to bring my perspectives and experiences as a content specialist and a commercial leadership trainee to the team.
