I\'m a versatile Power Vinyasa instructor, who teaches C1, C1.5, C2, Hot Power Fusion, and Yoga Sculpt formats. This style of yoga practice balances physical intensity with the mindfulness of yoga. When CPY first came to the Sacramento market, I was part of the original team to open the Fair Oaks location. Opening a new market meant I did extensive public outreach and community engagement to increase membership. I also served as the Studio Experience Team Lead, training and managing the appearance and physical cleanliness of the studio.My personal goal when teaching yoga is to encourage strength through vibrant energy. This approach means I make meaningful connections with students.Along with teaching, I have coached multiple Power Yoga Teacher Training Programs, as well as Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion Teacher Trainings. I have had success recruiting for these programs as well.On the technical side, I am knowledgeable in the MindBody Online, Dayforce, Zenoti, and NetGym platforms.As a Studio Coordinator, I am responsible for ensuring the studio operates smoothly and supporting the Studio Manager. I resolve open invoices, develop team member schedules, approve payroll, and facilitate studio events. I consistently engage and get to know our studio community; greet students by name, serve as an ambassador of yoga both inside and outside of the studio, and spend quality time at the front desk fostering community. I train new Studio Experience Team members on cleanliness protocol and role expectations; I also lead the studio walk-thrus and set expectations for new instructors.
