With over 10 years of professional experience in different industries, I have focused on the healthcare industry through roles within Cigna Health Plan\'s Service Operations (Call & Claim) and Employer Client Analytics. Currently I provide internal consulting and program/project management for large initiatives supporting the growth of Evernorth. I\'m constantly experimenting with and learning how innovation and change happen within large companies.
