Since March 2023 – Assignment at a Financial Institution in Corporate Investment Banking Coordinating, organizing, and conducting training sessions: 14 English-language training sessions in one week, as well as other training programs. Deploying project communication and producing communication materials: writing and disseminating emails, updating SharePoint. Conducting a survey with over 300 respondents and analyzing the responses. Since July 2023 – Assignment at a Healthcare Institute for the Financial Department Performing an impact analysis among employees through individual interviews. Organizing a seminar for an entire department (all hierarchical levels included). Designing and facilitating workshops on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Creating an action plan following the workshops.
