In total, lead the migrations of 70+ applications incl. GWS, Okta, Slack, Workday, Jira, Oracle ERP Cloud, Salesforce and many more. System and Process ImplementationsIntroducing Informatica Cloud & Airflow as middleware to integrate 10+ systems, enable process automation and allow new use cases like a 360° customer view; introducing Jira to replace 20+ ticket and project management systems, rolling it out to the whole organization incl. Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing etc.Establishing Salesforce as the source of truth for customer master data and building block for core processes like sales, account management, billing and performance management; implementing Oracle Fusion (twice) to enable IFRS compliant accounting for the Digital Turbine/Fyber group and introducing standard processes like purchasing and expense reporting.Corporate ITDepartment Lead for global Office IT (15+ offices in all timezones), e.g. laptops and mobile devices, application management, office network incl. firewalls and storage.
