   Fully responsible for the entire operations and supply chain management of the three plants (One Beta-lactam and two Non-Beta Lactam manufacturing plants for Oral Solid Dosage Form (Tablets, Capsules, and Dry Powder)). • Responsible for two new plant setups one for LVP, SVP, and vaccines and another plant for HDPE bottle/cap manufacturing.• Manage the plant and deliver the projected production volumes in time and as per the prescribed quality standards by managing cGMP standards and ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.• Ensure that all rules and regulations with respect to manpower, legal, environmental, factory compliance, etc. are followed and that industrial harmony is always achieved.• Ensure that all COGS (CapEx + OpEx) are within budget and wasteful expenditure is identified and eliminated. • Acting as Management Representative and Management Appointee along with present job responsibilities as Operations Head for establishing, implementing, and maintaining OH & S Management System and Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 respectively at the site.• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain operations.• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and quality assurance.• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing and supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.• Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through process optimization and technology adoption.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality control, regulatory affairs, and sales, to support product development, launch, and commercialization efforts.• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chain management.
