   Co-founded The Sage Network, a group of experienced, senior-level consultants specializing in ideation and consumer insights• Ideation: Using the science behind creativity to help teams approach problems differently and generate compelling new ideas (new products, brand positioning, naming … ). We firmly believe anyone can be creative, sometimes we just need the right stimuli• Consumer insights: Helping teams uncover opportunities through consumer insight and empathy. We uses online and in-person techniques such as ethnographies, shop-alongs, 1-on-1 interviews, focus groups and discussion boards, and strongly believe in the power of Human-Centered Design.• Creativity and Idea Generation workshops:Jo enjoys inspiring the next generation, running highly-rated workshops on Ideation for clients, colleges and their alumni (e.g. Kellogg/Northwestern, NYU Stern, Pomona/Claremont Colleges).
