Seasoned risk and finance professional with an international experience in data, systems and process change management, governance, operations and analytics. At HSBC, I head up a transformation team in capital management and stress testing within Group finance. My recent achievements include designing and building a systems architecture and data operations framework for sourcing, consolidating and reporting of risk and finance forecasts under multiple strategic and stress scenarios for internal and external exercises. At Bank of England, I received the governor\'s award for my contributions to leading the data work stream for the first concurrent stress test in 2014. At Deloitte, I was responsible for managing a number of risk and control assessments as part of assurance and advisory engagements with clients across multiple domains. My strengths are strong communication skills and a genuine love for problem solving. I\'m curious by nature and believe that the skills and competencies that I have developed over 20 years of professional experience are transferable and true innovation comes up from applying knowledge and experience in one domain into solving problems in other domains.
