Manage FTI operations Tier 2 tickets including site, equipment, service or circuit tickets. Schedule maintenance request to resolve ticket troubles. Work with L3 Harris field technicians and TELCO partners to resolve ticket troubles. Work special FTI Operation projects to upgrade Equipment. Provide technical support to tier 1 technicians in the PNOCC by providing guidance on trouble tickets and providing action plans for them to follow. Work with National Assurance Managers, FTI Service Managers and FAA Liaisons to work Tier 2 DSM tickets and or resolve service issues. Work with multiple FTI departments to resolve issues, coordinate changes or make informational updates of the network or equipment. Provide guidance to fellow junior Tier 2 engineers when needed work as well with fellow Tier 2 engineers in order to resolve troubles. Selected Accomplishments- Since 2021 I also work as the Tier 2 lead assistant covering for the Tier 2 lead when he is not available- Review maintenance requests from fellow Tier 2 or other FTI departments before submitting them to the maintenance department- Manage the On-call schedule, assign tickets to the Tier 2 team members, and work with the lead on task needed to achieve our goals.
