I’m a data-driven professional currently working at Ally Financial as part of the Accelerated Rotational Program within the Consumer Banking division. In my first rotation, I support the Contact Center (CX) Analytics team, where I help uncover insights to improve customer experience and operational performance.I’m also in my final semester of the Master’s in Data Science and Business Analytics (DSBA) program at UNC Charlotte, where I’ve developed a strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and business intelligence.What drives me is a deep passion for growth, both personal and collective. I love learning new tools, sharpening my skill set, and staying curious. At the same time, I find purpose in mentoring the younger generation and helping others navigate their own paths, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds. Through my involvement with the ALPFA Charlotte Professional Board (Student Affairs Committee), I’ve had the privilege to give back and stay connected with emerging talent.Looking ahead, I’m focused on growing in the data industry expanding my technical capabilities, gaining cross-functional experience, and building a strong professional network.
